So what makes professional oven cleaning different to the type of cleaning I could do myself?

Our aim is to get your appliance looking the way it did the day it was delivered. To do this we take everything out of the appliance that can be taken out and soak these in our special soaking tank in our vans. The rest of the appliance is them given some serious elbow grease using suitable products and methods to prevent scratches and to achieve amazing results.

 

We will clean parts of your appliance that you didn't even think existed!

 

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured so there is no need to worry. As well as professional oven cleaning insurance we have £1M Public Liability Insurance.

 

Are you professionally trained

Yes. We have completed a professional training course.

 

How long does the job take?

Depending on your oven type, each job ranges between 2 hours up to 4 hours

 

How often should I have my oven cleaned?

Well this is really down to you. To keep you oven looking great, not smelling or smoking, we recommend every 6 months or once per year.

 

Can I use my oven straight away?

Absolutely! All cleaning products are odour free and non-caustic.

 

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Nothing. We bring everything that is needed to get your beloved appliance looking as good as new - however we are sometimes partial to a hot drink to keep us going!

 

What Area do you cover?

We cover all of Pembrokeshire, however we have been know to visit Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion (please see below).

 

Do you charge extra for traveling long distances?

We reserve the right to charge an additional £10 for travel to appointments outside of the Pembroke / Haverfordwest / Milford Haven areas.

 

Is the price quoted fully inclusive?

The only extras we will charge for are for replacement bulbs for ovens and extractors, and, if the appliance is exceptionally dirty and will require additional time to clean, we reserve the right to charge extra. Please note that we will never proceed with any additional chargeable work without first informing you and gaining your approval to proceed.
